MAD has helped CRANE fund the setting up of a fitted out workshop and salaried dressmaking teacher to teach a selected group of students who have a desire to extend their basic school vocational studies of tailoring.
The aim is to foster their skills and passion in order that they can set up their own sewing and tailoring business in the future as well as share their knowledge with others.
All items made will be sold to by the project to reinvest and prosper the venture further.
The students will not only gain practical skills but also learn good business practice.
We are proud to have partnered with the CRANE network to deliver the help needed in order to make a difference.
